Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Process Management: Direct and support our finance team, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
• Financial Oversight: Manage payroll, WIP reports, quarter-end close, bank reconciliations, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Payment Processing & Cash Flow Management: Oversee all payment processes and maintain rigorous cash flow management to support company operations.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Handle bond management and contractor licensing, ensuring all financial and regulatory risks are managed proactively.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and subcontractors to resolve billing issues and ensure smooth financial operations.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven expertise in finance management.
• 5-7 years related experience, preferably in the construction sector
• Strong leadership capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
