What You’ll Do:
Support the development of project schedules and budgets.
Work with vendors to gather pricing and ensure timely follow-up.
Perform estimates, takeoffs, and manage project documentation.
Track construction materials, equipment, and project progress.
Attend project meetings, record notes, and keep teams aligned.
Perform additional assignments per Project Manager or Superintendent's direction.
Assist in gathering and distributing closeout documents for project completion.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000 annually
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Basic understanding of construction techniques, drawings, and materials.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to learn and use project management software like Procore and Microsoft Project.
Work Environment:
Office-based with occasional on-site visits.
Travel required as needed for project support.
